Terms & Conditions - the basics
To secure your event support a non refundable consultancy fee of 25% of services quote is required upon signing the services agreement. You are welcome to retain all information researched and received by Thoughtful Events Co.. Full payment is requested upon agreed conclusion of services offered.
Payments for events consultancy services are not accepted through this website and can be made by Paypal or Bacs upon confirmation of a signed services agreement.
Services being offered by Thoughtful Events Co. are event research and coordination support and All Payments for venue hire, associated vendors for the event and ancillary services will be paid for and contracted directly between you (the client) and the business you select to hire. Thoughtful Events Co does not facilitate payments on behalf of the venues or event vendors.
Clients are strongly encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage, Thoughtful Events Co. carries insurance within the United Kingdom and European Union.
